2. Shipping, Delivery, and Sourcing Disclaimer

Order Fulfillment & Sourcing: By purchasing from Modern Essentials, you acknowledge that your orders are fulfilled and shipped directly from our network of verified global third-party suppliers and manufacturers. If you purchase multiple items, they may be packaged and shipped separately.

Delivery Estimates: All shipping and delivery timeframes provided at checkout are estimates only and do not constitute guaranteed delivery dates. We are not liable for transit delays caused by customs clearance, postal backlogs, or carrier errors.

3. Inventory and Product Availability Disclaimer

Product Availability & Stock Variances: We rely on live third-party inventory data. On rare occasions, an item may become unavailable or backordered after an order is placed. In such events, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund immediately. Product images and descriptions are provided by manufacturers; minor variations in color, packaging, or design may occur.

We make no express or implied warranties regarding product durability, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. In no event shall our business be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or malfunction of products purchased through our store.

5. Clear Refund, Return, and Restocking Policy

Returns Destination & Authorization: Please do not send your purchase back to the address listed on the shipping label package. All returns must be authorized by our support team and sent to our centralized return facility at the address we provide to you. In some cases we will provide the return address shipping label that you may use to return the package in accordance with our communicated instructions. Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping in some cases, we support our customer appreciatively and will provide them with refunds, returns and/or restocking on a case to case basis. 

6. Customs, Import Duties, and Taxes Disclosure

Customs & Import Fees: Products shipped from international suppliers may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees upon arrival in your country. As per the purchase transaction agreement you may be responsible for any of these associated costs. Modern Essentials has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
